Vandalism provides AI Vocal Converter services to its users. Our service allows users to create vocals with AI and transform vocal samples into any voice of their choice. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Vandalism. By using AI Vocal Converter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Service Description
You acknowledge that our voice converter services are provided using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. While our AI vocals are trained with legal material, we do not assume any liability for the produced samples. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our voice transformation services. We utilize an external company to provide these services. You acknowledge that our voice transformation services may not be suitable for all purposes and that you are solely responsible for determining whether our services meet your needs.

3. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses
You may not use AI Vocal Converter for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to: Copyright infringement Trademark infringement Transmission of any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful Creation of any competing product, vocal packs, or service

4. User Responsibilities
Vandalism allows users to upload files and recordings to our platform for voice transformation purposes. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content that you upload to AI Vocals. While we encourage you to convert Vandalism vocal samples available on our website, uploading your own vocals is permitted. However, you are solely responsible for the content that you upload to AI Vocal Converter. You agree not to upload any content that is: Illegal Infringes on any intellectual property rights Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Use of Uploaded Content
You agree that the external company providing us the technology may use the content that you upload to improve our services and train our machine learning algorithms. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload the content you provide to AI Vocal Converter and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights. Vandalism reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations or deactivate your account. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any portion of Vandalism or our vocal transformation services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
Vandalism shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of AI Vocal Converter. This includes but is not limited to: Damages for loss of profits Data loss Other intangible losses In no event shall Vandalism’s total liability to you exceed the amount that you have paid to us for your use of our voice transformation services.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Vandalism harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising from: Your use of Vandalism or our voice transformation services Any violation of this Agreement Any violation of applicable laws or regulations
